Order Cancellation Policy

At House of Volga, every saree is packed with utmost love and precision, making each order special. We understand, however, that plans can change — and we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.

How to Cancel Your Order

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the dispatch process has begun, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@houseofvolga.com or WhatsApp our customer care team with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll review your request and confirm the status promptly.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: The full amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable) will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 14-28 business days after approval.
• Please note that once an order has been shipped or prepared for dispatch, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Exceptions

Please note that certain products cannot be cancelled, including:

• Customized, pre-stitched, or made-to-order sarees.
• Sarees purchased during clearance sales or festive discounts.
• Orders that are already shipped.
