This Exchange and Return Policy governs the process for returning or exchanging products purchased from House of Volga. In case your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please notify our customer support team within 2 working days of delivery.
Products are eligible for exchange or return only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered only with video (which is taken continuously without any cuts or video attachments)
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Kindly note that customized, stitched or pre-pleated sarees and discounted items are non-refundable.
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and clear product images showing the issue. Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to us. After quality inspection, an exchange or replacement will be initiated based on your preference and product availability.
Refunds will be processed after quality verification and may take 14-21 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
House of Volga reserves the right refuse returns that do not comply with these terms or show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not reported at the time of delivery.
