We strive to display the colors, textures, and details of every saree as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings or lighting, slight differences may occur. All products are handcrafted and may feature natural irregularities, which are part of their charm and authenticity. Prices, designs, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only when processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We deliver across India and to select international destinations.

Delays due to logistics or external factors such as weather, strikes, or customs are beyond our control, though we will always keep you informed.
If delivery is unsuccessful after 2-3 attempts, the package is marked Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our warehouse.
Reshipping: We can resend your order once it returns, but the customer must pay the actual reshipping fee (including the return shipping cost incurred by us).
Refund: If you choose a refund, the original shipping charge and the RTO return fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please track your order closely and ensure address accuracy to avoid these charges.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
